These terms apply to MalpiPanel ("the App"), a local desktop creator tool used by one creator to publish their own short-form videos.
The App is used as a local tool by an individual creator to manage and publish their own content. It is not a public, multi-user, or commercial service.
The user is solely responsible for the content they prepare and publish through the App, including videos, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and comments.
The user must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies at all times. The App does not override or replace any TikTok rule.
The App relies on third-party APIs (including TikTok). The App does not guarantee the availability, uptime, or continued functioning of those APIs. TikTok may change, limit, or remove API access at any time.
The App has no control over and no responsibility for TikTok's moderation, ranking, takedown, or account decisions. Such decisions are made solely by TikTok.
Every publishing action is initiated by the user. The App does not publish automatically; the user alone decides whether, when, and what to publish.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The author is not liable for losses arising from use of the App, API changes, or platform decisions.
These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
