MalpiPanel ("the App") is a local, single-user desktop tool used by one creator to prepare and publish their own short-form videos. This policy explains what data the App handles.
Who this applies to
The App is operated by a single creator on their own computer. It is not a public service and does not serve multiple users.
Local-only data
The App runs locally on the user's own computer.
All application data — video metadata, publishing descriptions, quality-check results — is stored locally in a local SQLite database on that computer.
The App may store a TikTok OAuth token locally so the user does not have to log in every time. This token stays on the user's machine.
Use of the TikTok API
The App uses the TikTok API only to:
authenticate the creator and read basic account information needed for the App to work (user.info.basic);
upload and publish videos that the user has explicitly selected (video.upload, video.publish).
The App acts only after a conscious action by the user. It does not post automatically and is not a bot.
What the App does NOT do
It does not sell user data.
It does not share data with advertisers.
It does not run trackers, analytics, cookies, or third-party advertising.
It does not send your videos or tokens to any server controlled by the App author. Data flows only between the user's computer and TikTok's official API.
User control
The user can revoke the App's access at any time in TikTok account settings (Security / Apps and permissions).
The user can delete local configuration files and tokens (for example the local .env and the local TikTok token file) to remove stored credentials.
Revoking access in TikTok invalidates the App's ability to act on the account.
Children
The App is a creator tool intended for the account owner and is not directed at children.

This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
